United States Service Suspension Notice

CouriersPlease has temporarily paused shipments to the United States following the introduction of new U.S. import tariffs. We are investigating potential solutions and will provide an update if and when services can be reinstated.

Background

On 30 July 2025, the U.S. Government issued Executive Order 14324, removing the duty-free entry for shipments valued under USD $800. From 29 August 2025, all low-value parcels sent by courier must go through full customs clearance and are subject to any applicable duties and taxes.

These changes affect all international carriers and require service adjustments before deliveries can reliably resume.

What this means for your shipments

  • Parcels addressed to the U.S. will not be accepted while we work on a solution.

  • Pre-booked shipments are being reviewed by our team. We will contact you directly to arrange the best option, including cancellation and refund where needed.

  • All other international and domestic destinations remain unaffected and continue as normal.

Next steps

We are reviewing the impact of the tariffs and developing options to reinstate reliable U.S. services. We’ll keep you informed through our International Shipping webpage.
